Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the engagement and use of HiroLifeStudio's services. By requesting a quote, approving an estimate, or hiring a service, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By requesting a quote, approving an estimate, or hiring any HiroLifeStudio ("we") service, the client ("you") confirms having read and accepted these terms.

2. Services

HiroLifeStudio is a digital studio offering design and development of websites, landing pages, online stores, web applications, and admin dashboards, as well as branding, video editing, and social media content. The scope of each project is defined in writing in the corresponding quote or agreement.

3. Quotes and scope

Quotes detail the deliverables, price, and estimated timelines. Only what is expressly listed is included; any additional work or feature requires a written change order with a separate fee before it begins. All prices are stated and paid in US dollars (USD).

4. Payments

Work begins once the agreed upfront payment is received. Depending on the service, we may require 100% payment before starting to cover administrative, production, or logistics costs. The balance, if any, is due on delivery, before publishing or the final transfer of files. Overdue amounts may pause work and deliveries.

5. Revisions, delivery, and acceptance

Each service includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. The client has the agreed period to review each deliverable; if there is no response within that period, the deliverable is considered accepted. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates and may shift due to client delays or external causes.

6. Client responsibilities

The client must provide, on time, the copy, images, access, brand material, and approvals required, and designate an authorized point of contact for feedback. Delays in delivering these materials extend the timelines proportionally.

7. Third-party costs

Costs for domain, hosting, imagery, fonts, plugins, ad spend, and other third-party services are not included in the price unless expressly stated, and are the client's responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. Until full payment, all work, files, and access remain with HiroLifeStudio. Tools, pre-existing code, and third-party resources remain the property of their owners and are licensed, not sold, for use in the deliverables.

9. Portfolio and promotion

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, HiroLifeStudio may display the finished work in its portfolio and promotional materials.

10. Warranty

We fix, at no cost, defects attributable to our own work reported within the warranty period stated in the quote. After that period, the work is delivered "as is." The warranty does not cover scope changes or failures caused by third-party modifications, hosting, or misuse.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the service. This obligation survives the end of the relationship.

12. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. We do not guarantee specific results in reach, traffic, followers, or sales, which depend on external factors and the platforms.

13. Cancellation and termination

Either party may terminate the service with the agreed written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work performed to date and the deposit is non-refundable.

14. Privacy and data

The data you share with us is used only to respond to your request and provide the service. We do not sell your information. For questions about your data, contact us at info@hirolifestudio.com.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force; the last-updated date is shown at the top.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes not resolved in good faith will be handled by the courts located in Florida.
